KARACHI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court in Karachi has awarded bail to 104 companions of Zulfiqar Mirza in a single case till May 19, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
Zulfiqar Mirza reached the court and tried to enter with all of his aides on which the police stopped him and told him to enter court in a group of five.
The court accepted the bail plea and directed each suspect to submit surety bond of Rs 1 lac.
The people granted bail were Feroz Shahani, Mukhtar Patafi, Asgar Gujjar, Mumtaz including 21 suspects in the first session whereas bail of 46 suspects in the second and 37 suspects in the third session was approved.
Hearings of other cases related the incident is underway.
