ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf’s (PTI’s) chairman Imran Khan on Thursday said that Karachi issue will not be resolved until the police department is depoliticized, Dunya News reported.

While talking to media in Islamabad he said that decisions made under National Action Plan (NAP) should be implemented to refrain from such incidents.

Khan expressed grief and sorrow over the tragic Karachi incident and said that the attack has badly shaken the whole country and urged to adopt a firm resolve to eliminate such terror elements.

While criticizing PML-N and PPP he stated that both the parties allied with that party later whom they had termed terrorist before.

Furthermore, he also expressed that criminal activities declined in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) after recruitment of police officials on merit.
