Summary General Sharif said that the perpetrators and their collaborators will be arrested soon
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Army Chief General Raheel Sharif phoned Prince Karim Agha Khan to offer condolences over tragedy of Karachi, assuring him of bringing the culprits to justice, reported Dunya News.
During the phone call, General Sharif expressed grief and sorrow over the incident and said that nation’s sentiments are with aggrieved families.
Army Chief assured the head of Ismaili community of bringing the culprits behind the incident to justice.
General Sharif said that the perpetrators and their collaborators will be arrested soon.
It is pertinent to mention here that Army Chief has cancelled his visit to Sri Lanka over the tragedy in Karachi.
Director General Rangers (DG) and Corps Commander Karachi briefed Army Chief on tragedy of Safoora Chowrangi.
DG Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) was also present at the meeting.
