Summary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had announced to stage sit-in outside the Parliament in protest.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has summoned a meeting of party’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa lawmakers in Islamabad today (Monday) to finalise strategy regarding sit-in outside the Parliament House in protest against prolonged power outages in the province, Dunya News reported.
KP Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak had announced to stage sit-in outside the Parliament to lodge their protest against load shedding.
According to sources, the meeting was scheduled to take place at 11:00am in Peshawar today however the party chief cancelled his visit due to bad weather.
The party members will not meet in Islamabad.
