KARACHI (Dunya News) – The mourning of Karachi University’s (KU’s) students over the brutal assassination of assistant professor Waheed-ur-Rehman has entered into second day, Dunya News reported.
The teachers and students have boycotted all the academic activities in the university for two hours and staged a protest in the premises of the university.
The protesters further demanded soon detention of the suspects.
Earlier, a Mass Communication Department’s assistant professor Rehman was killed while he was on way to his home from the university. The students and teachers recorded their protest while wearing black ribbons.
