Summary Khawaja Saad Rafique added that he is ready to go to people’ court once again
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has decided to challenge judicial commission’s (JC) verdict against Khawaja Saad Rafique in Supreme Court’s (SC) on Monday.
PML-N will take the matter to court after obtaining detailed decision given by election tribunal, reported Dunya News.
Negating the parameters of justice in which the decision has been passed by election tribunal, Khawaja Saad Rafique said that he does not accept tribunal’s verdict.
Negligence was proved on part of polling stations’ returning officers, said Khawaja Saad Rafique. He further said that the tribunal has punished him for ROs negligence.
Khawaja Saad Rafique said that PML-N’s success in the recent cantonment elections were a proof of the validity of PML-N’s victory in NA-125.
He added that he is ready to go to people’ court once again.
The federal minister further said that demand of the judicial commission by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was a political stunt for which there was no apparent need.
Talking about Railway Ministry, Rafique said that it would function well even without his presence.
