LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Saturday has sealed the office of Excise and Taxation Department, located in Model Town, along with its employees for non-payment of commercialization fee.
According to LDA officials, several notices were dispatched to Excise and Taxation Department to pay their due payments but no action was taken on this matter, therefore, the authority decided to seal the office.
However, with the interference of higher officials, the office was unsealed after a time span of 25 minutes.
