MULTAN (Dunya News) – Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday issued death warrants for a death row inmate. The inmate will be hanged on 22 April in Sahiwal.
The accused, Zahid Hussain had firing on a police post at Sahiwal in 2001 after which an ATC had awarded him the death penalty.
ATC in Multan issued death warrants after higher courts upturned his appeals for mercy.
The accused will be hanged on 22 April in Sahiwal jail.
