QUETTA (Dunya News) – Army Chief General Raheel Sharif on Wednesday warned enemies of the state of dire consequences, saying that state would go to any length to establish its writ, reported Dunya News.

The Army Chief visited Southern Command Headquarters in Quetta where he was briefed on operations against terrorists in Balochistan.

General Raheel Sharif said that the armed forces of Pakistan are striving hard to bring peace and prosperity to the province.

He said that Frontier Works Organization (FWO) will continue its construction projects in the area.

The Army Chief expressed his condolences over killing of workers in Turbat and warned all miscreants and foreign intelligence agencies to refrain from interference in the country.

Army Chief General Raheel Sharif said that Army will continue supporting Balochistan government till terrorism is wiped out, saying the state will go to any extent to establish its writ.

The Army Chief further added that funders and facilitators of terrorists will be found and strictly dealt with.
