Summary SHC directed to let the relatives meet the suspects arrested from Nine-Zero within a week
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court has on Tuesday directed to let the suspects arrested from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headquarter Nine-Zero meet their families, reported Dunya News.
Response from DG Rangers was submitted in the Sindh High Court according to which 26 suspects arrested from Nine-Zero were on police remand while 51 were under 90-day custody. “Rangers had no objection if the court allowed the suspects to see their families”, DG Rangers said.
Court disposed off the application ruling that the suspects should be allowed to meet their families according to jail timings within one week.
