Summary PTI members refused to vote for resolution forwarded by Khawaja Asif in joint session of parliament

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) took revenge of its insult from Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Friday. PTI members refused to vote for any resolution forwarded by Khawaja Asif in the joint session of the parliament. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar presented the resolution after PTI’s decision.

Three days ago, when PTI decided to return to the parliament after many months of protests, Khawaja Asif used very harsh language for them, to which Vice Chairman PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi had said that they will avenge the insult by the defence minister. Today, just after 3 days, PTI proved that in politics everyday is a new day when PTI members said that they didn’t trust Khawaja Asif and would not support any resolution presented by him. Afterwards, PTI supported the resolution when it was presented by Ishaq Dar.
