DUNYA NEWS (Web Desk) – Students appearing in matric examinations on Wednesday in interior Sindh were seen using cheating materials openly despite presence of examination staff and Police, reported Dunya News.
The ‘cheating mafia’ was seen in action as this year’s matric examinations saw widespread use of cheating material.
In Sukkur, matric papers of English became instantly available once the paper commenced.
The students were seen resorting to every resource to cheat their way through exams. Use of mobile phones was also seen to aid cheating in the exam.
In Badin, the ‘cheating mafia’ saw same success as in Sukkur as examination papers sold like hot cakes.
In Larkana, solved papers of Urdu were sold at the price of only 100 rupees at shops.
In Ghotki, students cheated their way through the paper by taking the help of social media. Studnets relied on Whatsapp, Facebook to get help.
In the past several doubts have been cast on the examination system of Sindh and despite tall claims of curbing cheating practices, have revealed no tangible results.
