KARACHI (Dunya News) – Third special flight of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) PK-7005 left for Yemen’s capital Sanaa today (Sunday) to bring back 170 stranded Pakistanis, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the plane will land in Sanaa in the afternoon to initiate the evacuation process of the remaining Pakistani compatriots whereas special airbus-310 of PIA has also set off for Yemen.
On the other hand, Pakistan Navy Ship PNS- Aslat carrying 147 Pakistanis, 11 Indians alongwith one citizen each of Canada, Egypt, Jordan and United Arab Emirates (UAE) from Al-Makla will reach Karachi seaport on Tuesday.
Dozens of Pakistanis are still trapped in various cities of war-hit Yemen for which on more frigate of Pakistan Navy will reach Hodeidah and will return to Pakistan crossing Aden.
The evacuation process will also be completed as the ship reaches to Pakistan.
According to Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Tasnim Aslam has said that 12 Pakistanis have been brought to Muscat who entered Oman by crossing Yemen’s border.
Assistance is also being provided, through our embassy in Oman, to 12 Pakistanis for evacuation across the land border with Oman.

She stated that Pakistani embassy in Muscat will make arrangements for the return of those 12 compatriots.
She confirmed that on the arrival of those 12 Pakistanis the number of the evacuees will be 850.
