The petitioner maintained that there is no policy chalked out by the government regarding the private schools’ dues which is why the parents have to comply with increasing tuition fees every now and then.
The education minister told the court that legislation is being done in the matter and a bill would soon be presented in the assembly.
The court winded up the plea after assurance from the education minister.
