ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has on Tuesday directed to extricate Pakistanis from Yemen as soon as possible. He was briefed about the latest situation regarding stranded Pakistanis in Yemen. He was also told during the briefing that Chinese ship will arrive in Yemen on Wednesday to bring back 200 Pakistanis from Aden, Dunya News reported.

According to the details, PM, who is taking a personal interest in this matter, was briefed that the Chinese ship will arrive in Djibouti or Almakla, in view of the ground situation of Yemen, to bring back 200 stranded Pakistanis. 100 Pakistanis are present in Almakla and are safe and sound. PM was told that the ship will arrive on 2nd of April.

Right now, there are 75 Pakistanis present in Sanaa, the Yemeni capital, and they will be brought back by air. They may also be shifted to Almakla in case Sanaa Airport doesn’t start operating.

PM said on this occasion that no stone will be left unturned for bringing Pakistanis back to their home.
