ATC grants judicial remand to 28 culprits in Youhanabad violent protest cases

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday has sent as many as 28 criminals on 14-day judicial remand in cases regarding damaging state property and brutally killing two innocent people during the Youhanabad protests after the suicide bombings.

The court held hearing of the case and the police told the court that at least 16 culprits have been arrested for killing two people while 12 for damaging the state property. The police told the court that all of them were under investigation.

The court sent them to Kot Lakhpat Jail on 14-day judicial remand. The court further ordered the police to complete the identification parade of the criminals within 14 days.
