BEIJING (Dunya News) – Chinese Industrial and Commercial Bank and various companies have announced to invest a large sum in Punjab. Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said that the government is set to change the fate of Pakistan, adding that Chinese investment will help achieve targets, Dunya News reported.
Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif met officials of investment and financial companies in Beijing. On this occasion, officials exchanged views over promotion of bilateral trade and investment in infrastructure development.
Reportedly, the Chinese companies have assured CM Punjab of a large sum of investment in Punjab province. Talking on the occasion, Shahbaz Sharif said that a golden chance of progress has been found in form of Chinese help.
He said Pakistani people are awaiting Chinese president to visit Pakistan.
