PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The hearing of the defamation case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan filed by Qaumi Watan Party’s (QWP) Bakht Baidar Khan has been postponed until April 4.
District and Sessions judge Shahid Khan held hearing of the case filed by provincial minister Bakht Baidar Khan. The defense counsel did not appear before the court upon which the hearing was postponed until April 4.
However, Bakht along with his counsel, Babar Yousafzai were present for the hearing.
Bakht had filed a defamation case of at least Rs 1 billion against Imran Khan for accusing him of corruption.
