KARACHI (Dunya News) – The funeral prayers of as many as two Rangers personnel have been offered Saturday morning. Yaar Muhammad and Qasim embraced martyrdom in a suicide attack in North Nazimabad area on Friday night.

The funerals were attended by Corps Commander Lt General Naveed Mukhtar, Director General (DG) Rangers Major General Bilal Akbar along with other high ranked officials.

According to the details, the funerals were held on the Super Highway and a large number of people attended the last prayers of the martyrs. Rangers personnel, Yaar Muhammad and Qasim embraced martyrdom last night (Friday) in a suicide attack in North Nazimabad.

While talking to the media after the final prayers, Mukhtar said that the sacrifices of the Rangers personnel would not go in vain. He said that the Pakistan Rangers is trying to bring peace and stability. He vowed to bring peace in Karachi at any cost. He further said that they security forces would achieve their common goal of elimination of terrorism from the country.
