Summary Will get judicial commission formed through street power if their demand is not met, he warned
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday said that 2015 is the year of general elections, adding that the people are fed up of the politics of ‘muk muka’ (collusion), Dunya News reported.
According to details, various political players including Zahid Tauseef, Chaudhry Safdar Shakir, Rana Asif Tauseef, Rana Aftab Ahmed, Nasir Cheema and Senator Humayun Khan Mandukhel announced to join PTI in Islamabad.
Welcoming the new entrants, Khan said he can foresee that the general elections will take place this year, adding that the change will come in any case. He said Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) candidate for Senate chairmanship Raza Rabbani is a reputed personality but, he said, his performance is yet to be seen.
PTI has decided not to vote for either party, he said. Imran Khan said that both major parties get united whenever they feel ‘threatened’ by PTI.
He said that he is awaiting NADRA’s decision over alleged rigging in general elections.
“If judicial commission is not made over the alleged rigging, then we’ll get it formed through street power”, he warned.
“The government can’t go to Supreme Court after NADRA’s forensic report arrives”.
