KARACHI (Dunya news) – 11 hour long operation of Student Moaz Irfan injured in Peshawar’s Army Public School (APS) attack was completed on Tuesday in a private hospital in Karachi. 3 teams of doctors were involved in Irfan’s operation. These included experts of neurological, orthopedic and vascular surgeries. A female teacher named Afshaan injured in the APS attack was also operated upon. Bullets and shrapnel lodged in her body were removed.

A bullet hit Irfan in the arm during the attack on APS. Afshaan was struck by a bullet in her back. Shrapnel was also removed from her body. Karachi’s private hospital will perform surgery on another APS attack injured child on Tuesday.
