Summary Met Office says the rain spell will persist in the next 24 hours.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Rainfall occurred at isolated places in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, D.G.Khan divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the last 24 hours, the Pakistan Meteorological Department reported.
Met Office says the rain spell will persist in the next 24 hours. The highest rainfall of 25 mm has been recorded in Murree followed by 22 mm in Rawalakot.
Kalaam, Astore and Murree also received snowfall over the hills.
On Thursday morning, temperature of some major cities including Islamabad was recorded at 13°C, Lahore and Peshawar 14°C, Karachi 22°C, Quetta 07°C, Gilgit and Murree 03°C and Muzaffarabad 08°C.
Coldest places recorded during last 24 hours include Kalat -3.0°C, Astore -2.0°C, Kalam and Gupis -1.0°C.
