ISLAMABAD (DUNYA NEWS) – Member Punjab Assembly Chaudary Waheed submitted an application against his disqualification on which a 3-member bench was formed to hear his case.
Chaudary Waheed s disqualification came when it was found that he possesed two identity cards.
The Court, implementing the decision of the Election Tribunal, restored Chaudary Waheed. The Supreme Court issued a notification to the parties involved and adjourned the session for unspecified duration.
