Summary Investigation team is seeking access to the accused for questioning
DUBAI (Dunya News) – Pakistani investigation team on Sunday filed a petition in Dubai court for custody of gang warlord Uzair Baloch, Dunya News reported.
The investigation team has submitted that the legal proceeding for repatriation of Baloch is ongoing but the team is seeking access to the suspect for questioning prior to the repatriation.
The petition also lists details of cases against Uzair Baloch. The sources said that the investigation team is likely to get access to the accused within 48 hours if court grants the petition.
