Summary Altaf said death of Raheel Sharif's mother must be a shock for COAS amid this war against terrorism
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has said that the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif is fighting the war of Pakistan’s survival and loss of his mother at such a critical juncture would be a huge shock for him.
Expressing his grief over the death of Army Chief s mother on Saturday, Altaf Hussain said that though army chief s mother was no more among us yet he believed that she would be in heaven. He urged General Raheel Sharif to be strong despite this heavy loss.
Altaf said that every Pakistani would pray for the forgiveness of the deceased woman in her afterlife. He said that all the workers of MQM, including him, were greatly aggrieved over the sad demise of General Raheel Sharif s mother.
