ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif met with Foreign Minister (FM) of China Wang Yi today (Friday) in Islamabad and welcomed him on his first official visit to Pakistan, Dunya News reported.
According to sources, Advisor to PM on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar, Special Assistant to PM on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi and Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Sun Weidong were also present in the meeting.
On this occasion, PM stated that Pakistan considers China as its close and reliable friend. Pak-China friendly relationships have proved to be positive in every difficult situation.
