ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday has adjourned the hearing of kidney patients’ case till March 11by directing the federal governments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh to submit their reports.
As per details, three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Nasir-ul-Malik heard the case in which the court showed lack of confidence on the report submitted by Sindh government.
The apex court adjourned the hearing and ordered the federal governments of KP and Sindh to submit complete report on this issue.
