ISLAMABAD (Dunya news) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leadership on Tuesday has written a letter to Britain’s High Commission against Altaf Hussain. According to the content of the letter written by PTI’s central spokesperson Shireen Mazari, Mutahhida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain is supporting violence in Pakistan while residing in Britain. Mazari also stated in the letter that Hussain was making shameful accusations against young women supporters of PTI. The letter has also accused MQM of terrorizing the people of Karachi for decades.
According to the details, the letter includes accusations that MQM is involved in extortion, black mailing and bloodshed in Karachi. Accusations that MQM is massacring journalists and political opponents have been made in the letter. It states that a wing of MQM set ablaze a factory when it did not pay the extortion. 258 people were burnt alive because of this. The letter also states that the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has submitted evidence of MQM’s involvement in Baldia Town fire incident.
Accusations have been made in the letter that journalist Wali Khan Babar was killed by MQM for the crime of exposing them. The letter accuses that MQM murdered PTI’s leader Zahra Shahid.
