Summary MQM's local leadership has demanded immediate release of Mushtaq Abbasi.

LARKANA (Web Desk) – Some unknown gunmen kidnapped Mushtaq Abbasi, joint incharge of Muttahida Qaumi Movement s Unit City B, from Waleed Mohalla of Larkana city on Tuesday morning, Dunya News reported.

As per details, Mushtaq Abbasi was present inside his shop when some armed suspects approached him and took him away in a car.

After receiving the report of his kidnapping, police tightened search at checkpoints across the district to nab the culprits.

It may be mentioned here that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has recently protested against alleged kidnapping and extra-judicial killings of party workers and the its lawmakers have raised voice in the Sindh Assembly as well to press the provincial government to ensure protection of the party workers.

Last week, MQM observed a day of mourning after its worker Sohail Ahmed was found dead in Moach Goth area.
