Summary SHC ordered to shift both convicts to Karachi 15 days before the date of execution, states the plea.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday rejected the plea to defer execution of two terrorists, Azam and Attaullah.
Families of both convicted terrorists had filed the plea to postpone the execution maintaining that Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered to shift both the convicts to Karachi, 15 days prior to the date of execution.
They insisted that the court should observe the 15-day time frame as per Sindh High Court’s orders.
ATC, however, dismissed the plea. Both the convicted terrorists would be hanged tomorrow (Tuesday).
