Summary Farooq Naik, Zardari's lawyer, pleaded the court to allow him to cross examine NAB's witness.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court on Monday permitted Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s lawyer, Farooq Naik, to cross-question Naki Imam Malik, witness of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Zardari’s case pertaining to his assets.
Three-member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa heard the case proceedings. Farooq Naik pleaded the court to allow him to cross examine NAB’s witness. The court accepted the request and allowed Naik to question Malik.
