KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Wednesday has issued the final report regarding the investigation of Bhoja aircraft crash on April 20 2012. The report holds the pilot responsible.

The report declares the pilot of the aircraft responsible for the crash that killed at least 127 people. The flight was on way from Karachi to Islamabad.

The report states that the first officer kept on warning the pilot about bad weather while the pilot wanted to land the aircraft anyway. Moreover, the pilot was not qualified to operate the automatic system in the plane, according to the report.
No passenger had survived the crash including the pilot and the first officer.
