Govt proves itself inefficient due to petrol crisis: Altaf Hussain

Summary Nawaz Sharif is busy in inquiring about the well-being of Saudi king, says MQM chief

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Monday has said that the government has proved itself inefficient regarding the matter of countrywide petrol shortage. He urged the high-level judges and military generals to play their role in the matter.

According to a statement issued from London, Hussain said that Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif is presenting Pakistan’s stance before Britain and United States (US) whereas Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif is busy inquiring about well being of Saudi king. MQM chief said that the foreign visits of the COAS are in favour of the nation.

However, he said that General Sharif could not do anything single handedly. He urged the authorities of all sectors to come together to steer the country out of these serious issues. He said that the government has shown extreme inefficiency regarding the petrol shortage.
