KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Thursday has said that the world is being pushed towards war with the publication of blasphemous caricatures in the French magazine. He said that such activities could lead to third world war.
According to a statement issued from London, he said that if a third world war initiates then it would be like a crusade which former United States (US) president Bush referred to after the 9/11 incident. He urged the muslim community to review its present situation and exhibit maturity regarding the matter. He urged them to get united.
Moreover, he suggested that all the muslim countries form their delegations to talk to the western countries with solid arguments. He also said that if demonstration of protest has to be done then it must be outside the European Union (EU) and United Nations (UN).
MQM chief also said that there is no difference between the people who kill innocent children, attack mosques, markets, civil and military installations and those who publish blasphemous caricatures.
