Summary The administration has arranged 1800 teams to inoculate polio drops to the children below age five.

MULTAN (Dunya News) – The first three-day anti polio campaign of 2015 will start from January 12 in Multan to vaccinate polio drops to 800,000 children, Dunya News reported.

According to the health department, the polio drive will start in 150 Union Councils (UCs) of the district for which 1800 teams comprised of lady health workers, police, civil defense and other related departments have been arranged.

The teams will administer polio drops at several places including bus stops, government hospitals and railway stations while the remaining children will also be vaccinated on the fourth day of the campaign.

However, the police have assured the health department to provide complete security during the campaign.
