LAHORE (Dunya News) – Two siblings, 6-year old Umer and 5-year old Amina, were reunited with their mother on Friday.
Talking to the court, mother of the two said she wanted the custody of the children but her husband did not allow her take them with her.
Kids’ grandfather told that though he was unaware of any clash between husband and wife and got to know about the whole situation through media, he was ready to afford both the children.
During the case hearing, advocate Asma Jahangir offered Rs 10, 000 for kids’ benefit whereas the court ordered the police to bring father of the children to the court by January 14.
Adnan and Seema, parents of the children, were undergoing a turbulent marriage and had abandoned their children; where the mother left for her parents’ house and the father left for Dubai leaving the kids behind.
Their neighbour was unable to reach out to both the parents so he guided and brought the children to the court on January 7.
