Summary Rehman urged the government to abide by its agreements regarding madarris
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman on Thursday has said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) members’s reaction over JUI-F’s reservations about the 21st Constitutional Amendment is uncalled-for and greatly exaggerated.
He expressed these views in reaction to severe criticism on him from MQM’s coordination committee in charge Qamar Mansoor, Senator Babar Ghouri and Dr Farooq Sattar in a press conference earlier.
JUI-F chief said that he would respond to the accusations on him by MQM members with logic.
He further urged the government to abide by its agreements regarding the madarris (religious institutions).
