Summary Tasnim also condemned the terrorist attack in Paris.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News)—At her weekly news briefing in Islamabad, Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasnim Aslam on Thursday said Pakistan doesn’t require certificate of verification from India on its determination to fight terrorism. Instead of distorting facts, India should investigate the killings of two Chenab rangers.

Tasnim Aslam informed that John Kerry is expected to visit Pakistan soon. Arrangements are being made for the visit and the dates would be finalized in the coming days, said Tasnim. During John Kerry’s visit the current political situation amid terrorist threats and the Pakistan-USA relations would be brought under discussion.

Tasnim also condemned the brutal terrorist attack in Paris that resulted in the loss of many lives and has left several others injured. In a statement she said Pakistan deplores terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. We extend our condolences to the government and people of France on the loss of life

She pointed out Pakistan is currently fighting terrorism in its crucial operation in North Waziristan and therefore, cant afford distraction on the line of control and the working boundary. She reiterated that the accusations holding Pakistan responsible for cross-border firing are baseless.
