Summary Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif addressed Pakistani community in Bahrain.
BAHRAIN (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday said that ongoing anti-terrorism operation Zarb-e-Azb in the North Waziristan tribal region has yielded encouraging results, Dunya News reported.
Addressing a gathering of Pakistani community in Bahrain, the Prime Minister said operation Zarb-e-Azb was launched after exhaustion of the option for talks with militants following attack on Karachi airport.
He said special trial court would allow for speedy trial and punishment for accused terrorists.
The country is moving on the path of progress. It is government’s top priority to end electricity crisis, he added.
The premier said Pakistan will move forward despite all these hurdles.
