QUETTA (Dunya News) – The Balochistan government on Monday has urged the Sindh government to form a medical board and inform the Balochistan government about former president Pervez Musharraf‘s health as he has not been appearing before court regarding the Akbar Bugti case due to ailment.
According to the details, the Balochistan government has written a letter to the Sindh government inquiring about Musharraf’s ailment due to which he is not appearing before the court.
Earlier, Musharraf’s counsel had maintained that his client could not appear before the court due to pain in his back. After which the Balochistan government has written a letter to the Health Department of the Sindh government as he is staying in Karachi.
According to the sources in the Health Department, the letter which has been received states that a board should be established to give details over his health. Moreover, a nine-member board has been demanded by the Balochistan government comprising of an orthopedic and neurosurgeon along with others. The report should be dispatched to the Balochistan government, the latter states.
According to the sources, the Health department officials would reply to the letter after discussion over the matter.
