Summary We've tried civil courts and military courts, now give chance to Shariah courts
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Jamaat Islami chief Sirajul Haq on Thursday demanded the formation of Shariah courts to root out terrorism, Dunya News reported.
Addressing a ceremony in Peshawar, Haq said that various kinds of experiments are taking place in the name of justice by forming civil and military courts. He asked why ‘Shariah system’ isn’t given a chance.
“We have tried every kind of courts, why can’t we now give a chance to the Shariah court system?” he asked.
