Summary Shaheen Airline's flight coming from Karachi had an emergency landing at Lahore airport.
LAHORE (Dunya News) Shaheen Airline’s flight 737 with 172 passengers aboard had an accident on runway during landing due to malfunctioning of its front wheel. Flight was coming from Karachi to Lahore. Aircraft’s front axle rod also got damaged but pilot managed to land the plane without any harm to crew or passengers.
Emergency was declared at Lahore International Airport after the incident. Rescue teams helped people out of plane. Runway was also closed because of the oil leaked from aircraft.
No representative of Shaheen Airline was present at the airport while passengers expressed their anger on this carelessness of the Airline.
Actor Imran Aron said while talking to Dunya News that it was an emergency landing but still no one from the Airline is present to clarify the situation.
An investigation has been started to make a final report of the accident and its reason.
