Summary As many as 13 terrorists and at least 31 suspects have been arrested in Noshehra
BANNU (Dunya News) – The security forces on Sunday have killed a militant while over 15 terrorists including a commander of a banned outfit were arrested during search operations in different cities.
Separately, dozens of suspects have also been arrested in different search operations.
According to the details, the security forces arrested as many as 15 terrorists from cities including, Quetta, Dera Ismail Khan, Abbotabad. In Jani Khel area of Bannu, extremist named Dil Faraz Khan was killed by the security forces.
Whereas, at least 26 illegal residents from Islamabad, as many as 32 from Faisalabad and in Mianwali at least 45 Afghan citizens residing illegally were arrested. While in Quetta, the police and Frontier Corps (FC) in a combined search operation arrested at least four militants including a commander belonging to a banned outfit and seized a suicide jacket from the terrorists.
Separately, the police in different search operations in Kashmoor arrested as many as three insurgents and seized weaponry and explosive material from their possession. The arrested militants were wanted in cases regarding blasts on Railway Track Gas Lines and other places.
The security forces arrested at least eight militants from Zarkani area of Dera Ismail Khan while Eisa Khan, an insurgent involved in the murders of the members of the peace committee have been arrested from Abbotabad As many as 13 terrorists and at least 31 suspects have been arrested in Noshehra while illegal SIMs issued from Afghanistan have been seized from their possession.
