Summary Peshawar attack is national tragedy and the wounds would never be healed, says Chief JUI (F).
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Jamat-e-Islami Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Thursday said the people responsible to orchestrate the attack on Peshawar school on December 16, which led to 141 deaths – 132 out which were innocent defenseless students, do not deserve any leniency.
After the attack, Chief JUI (F) postponed his visit to Bahrain and reached Islamabad from London. Secretary General JUI (F) Maulana Abdul Ghafoor received Fazul Rehman at the airport.
Talking to the party leaders, Chief JUI (F) termed Peshawar attack as ‘national tragedy’ adding that the wounds would never be healed.
People responsible for the Peshawar massacre must be brought to justice making them an example for others.
Maulana Fazl would address a press conference today.
