Peshawar tragedy: Imran Khan postpones December 18 strike

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has announced postponement of December 18 strike in view of today’s tragic incident in Peshawar.

Talking to media before leaving for Peshawar, the PTI chief stated that it is difficult time for the nation and he can imagine the level of grief the families of the victims are going through at this moment.

All Pakistan stands with them, he added.

He condemned the barbaric terrorist attack saying that “those who stoop so low, you cannot even have any words to describe what they are.”

Imran Khan announced that his party has taken two decisions in the wake of this tragic incident. PTI has postponed its today’s scheduled talks with the government and postponed December 18 protest as well.
