Summary Khan attacked country's economy by shutting down three industrial hubs, says Iqbal
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal on Monday urged Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan to resolve his issues with the government through talks and avoid further clashes.
He expressed these views while talking to the media in Islamabad.
He said that Khan has attacked the economy of the country by announcing shutting down of industrial hubs like Faisalabad,
Karachi and Lahore.
The minister said that as much as 80 percent of the exports depend upon these three cities of the country.
He urged PTI chairman to resolve issues with rational politics and not with sentimentalism.
As many as three people died in the ambulances in Lahore today due to road blockades, he added.
Minister for Planning further said that the earlier round of the negotiations with the government failed because of Khan’s stubbornness.
