Summary Interior Minister should tell why he met Imran Khan thrice, don’t get me started, warns CM KP
PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) Pervez Khattak has said that he arranged three meetings between Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan at the residence of a common friend. He said that he knew a lot more than what he was telling. “Don’t get me started on it”, he warned.
Talking to media on Wednesday at the opening ceremony of a bank, Pervez Khattak dared Chaudrhy Nisar to reveal why he met Imran Khan thrice, secretly. “I met Chaudhry Nisar without hiding anything from anyone including Imran Khan”, he clarified.
CM KP said that federal government was responsible for deadlock on rigging probe. He informed that Imran Khan still wanted talks. “The sit-in will only end when the government will start objective negotiations and announce the judicial commission”, he said. He further said that the PTI trusted the new Chief Election Commissioner but demanded resignations from the provincial election commissioners and the members of provincial election commissions.
