Summary Administrative affairs of five universities are getting affected, says Dr Akhtar
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Punjab Assembly on Thursday has passed the bill of Quran and Seerat Education Institute.
Opposition member in the Punjab Assembly Dr Waseem Akhtar raised the issue of delay in the appoinments of vice chancellors in as many as five universities of the province.
He said that the administrative affairs of the universities are getting affected due to the matter.
However, the assembly members were ensured that a positive development would soon surface regarding this issue.
Moreover, the meeting also passed the bill of Quran and Seerat Education Insitute.
After fulfing the agenda of the day, the meeting was adjourned until Friday morning 9am.
