FAISALABAD (Web Desk) – Identities of those involved in violent clashes between Pakistan Muslims League Nawaz (PMLN) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers in the city have been confirmed, Dunya News reported.
According to sources, terrorism sections have been included in the case against all the accused.
Punjab Home Mininster Col (R) Shuja Khanzada said that culprits cannot avoid punishment.
On the other hand, a report regarding yesterday’s incident has been presented to Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif. The Chief Minister has directed for immediate arrest of the culprits.
Separately, cases have also been filed against PTI workers under different sections including violation of Section 144, use of loud speaker and road blockades.
The complaints were lodged at Shahzad Town, Aabpara and Bara Kahu police stations.
