Summary Hussain was informed about the extension by the London Metropolitan Police through his lawyers
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain’s bail in the money laundering case against him has been extended on Wednesday until April 14 2015.
Regarding the bail, MQM chief said that he is positive that extension in his bail would help the authorities to reach on a conclusion regarding money laundering case soon.
According to the details, Hussain has been informed by the London Metropolitan Police through his lawyers that he has been granted an extension in bail until April 14 2015.
Upon learning of the news, MQM chief said that it is no surprise to him as it is the usual procedure of the London judiciary to grant extension at least once in a case.
He also hoped that this extension would help the authorities concerned to reach a judgment regarding his case soon.
Hussain asked his party workers all over the world to pray that the truth be upheld in the case.
He further urged them to show perseverance all along the process.
